All ARCUROS products are handmade in Marrakesh, Morocco and shipped worldwide.

• Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $300
• Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days of purchase
• International delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination
• All orders are fully tracked and insured

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We declare all items at full value as required by law.

Returns

We want you to love your ARCUROS pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@arcuros.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

Custom and bespoke orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
